  Can't believe most of the food, if not all, is cooked on a grill. It's tucked away in the mountains of Basque Country - either rent a car to drive here or taxi - but be aware that your taxi ride will end up costing you almost as much as the meal if you ride from San Sebastián!

  Not a lot of people are going to accidentally wander into this restaurant due to the remote-ish location. You must have a reservation. Most people will know something about what they are getting into. Do not be intimidated by reviews stating how hard it is to get here. Take the train to Durango station and go to the taxi stand and take a 15 minute taxi there. Food is amazing. There is lots of it. If you like fancy yet non pretentious food, you have to go here.

  Amazing food, service, location. Better than some three Michelin starred places I've been. Food is of the very best quality and well presented. I can't wait to make an excuse to go back.
